Murderer in Győr kills two children while third witnessed it

Two children and a man’s body was found on Sunday in Győr, Hungary (Győr-Moson-Sopron County). According to the police, the children were murdered by their father, who committed suicide after the crime.

BorsOnline reported that the police entered the flat in Győr after other residents said that something might have happened. The policemen found two dead bodies, one of them was a 13-year-old girl and the other one a 10-year-old boy. In another room of the flat, the corps of the 35-year-old father was found.

Referring to the available database which the authorities made after the investigation, it is not unlikely that the 35-year-old man murdered the children.

The authorities of Győr-Moson-Sopron County started the investigation. The third child who witnessed the crime was immediately taken to the hospital without any harm and was taken under the supervision of a psychologist.

The two children were murdered by H. G. who committed severe crimes before. In 2016, he attacked his sleeping wife with a hammer in Szombathely (Vas County) – reports 24.hu. The man just got out of prison and spent his time at home with his boy and girl.

Reportedly, it was not forbidden for the man to be with his children. His trial in 2017 revealed that the man was not an alcoholic but had been struggling in his relationship with his wife since 2014 – reported Index.

Experts stated that the man had mental problems but assumed that he would not commit any crime again.
